Great news for the fans! The Winchester Brothers are still going to be on television for another year, as The CW has just announced that Supernatural will proceed for one more year, falling on Fall 2012 TV Season’s block.

The question now is, will this, which marks the show’s 8th season, mean it will be its last?

Regular followers of the series have some big concerns about where this show is headed. This current season, its seventh, is actually a bit disjointed with its storylines, most fans would have to agree. The show’s focus has shifted, downgrading its quality.

Fortunately for the show, its fans are more accepting and forgiving, which is why, even after all these years, Supernatural continues to have a cult following.

The eight season could be some sort of a turning point, if it were its last. The show is given a full year to correct its course and give viewers what they truy deserve. Will it be up to the challenge, even if the new showrunner comes on board.

The two stars are also on their last year of their contract with The CW, which confirms what everyone’s assumption is, that this series will end after Season 8.

The ghost of Bobby comes back to try and convince the boys that he is at the haunted house they are trying to investigate. This house, as it turns out, is filled with lousy ghosts, who are different from the kind of ghost Bobby is.

They cannot move any objects, unless they are in this ste of calm or really angry (such as poltergiests). Some of the ghosts who have stayed in this house also end up going crazy, as if they’re affected by Alzheimers. The ghosts, exhibit human-like qualities, which is something only Supernatural can do.

The house also has Annie, Bobby’s girlfriend, who may end up going crazy, if the boys will not be able to help her spirit. Through one of the other lousy ghosts, however, Bobby successfully communicated with Sam and Dean and wrote a message on the bathroom wall. They have now come to see that Bobby is just there guiding them, even if he’s unseen. And they also do this week’s mission by helping Annie out, which is kind of sick and stupid at the same time.

The actress was a constant presence at Comic Cons and other conventions, and so were Supernatural stars Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki. But they have only really met while working on the set of the show, Felicia says that they have only come to almost-meeting several times in the past.

And after finally meeting them in person when she reported to the set of Supernatural several weeks ago, she confessed that she was bowled over. She doesn’t often get to work with jock types like Jensen and Jared, that to her, it felt like stepping inside a Romance Novel.

The brothers, apparently have this crazy charisma and any girl would be smitten.

She also said that she loved the character she played on the show, a girl with so many amazing qualities she hasn’t seen embodied in one character before this. When she got the script for the episode, she couldn’t wait to actually start filming.

His character, Bobby, is actually already a ghost in the series, and for the first time, the actor admitted that his character death had been really touching and sorrowful. He was glad that the viewers picked up on this and still talks about it (the episode happened several months ago).

He says that actors like him who has worked for decades (Jim is already 61 years old) haven’t had a chance to get the kind feedback he has received from Supernatural fans. And for this he is greatly appreciative of it.

He also hints about coming back for one more season, and is excited about the prospect of working with a new showrunner (Jeremy Carver) since the current one (Sera Gamble) has said she will depart from the series.

This year, the show’s seventh season, the storylines seem to have departed from the foundation of the series. And the brothers have been struggling with personal issues, with potential for their own destruction. Fans have suggested that maybe all that has been happening on the show so far is a dream and the two actors love the idea. They remark about how fans are still so into the show, after all these years.

It’s still unclear how the next season is going to be like, or if it is going to get the renewal the fans are looking forward to, but the actors are deep into the Leviathan storyline and would want this to continue for next season, to play off more mythology episodes dealing with the supernatural and facing this off with other demons.

The two also welcome Misha Collins’ return and clarified that doors remain open for him for the next season.
